Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times: Delivery may take 3–7 business days within the USA, depending on the carrier. Please note that holidays and carrier delays are beyond our control.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship anywhere UPS does ground deliveries in the United States.

We are obliged to charge tax if delivery is in the state of California.

Based on the nature of Eucalyptus oil, we can only ship via ground.
💳 Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you’d like a replacement product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right at no extra cost to you.
